* We work in all weather conditions including rain (Rain is very good for window cleaning)
* This is a regular 4 or 8 weekly service, we do not take on "one off" window cleaning customers.
* We use the de-ionised water cleaning system. After cleaning, glass may take a few hours to dry after the job is done. However once dried your windows will be cleaned to a high standard.
* Unless you have had your windows cleaned within the last 4 months the 1st clean is always double the cost of a 4 weekly maintenance clean, due to the excess dirt deposit on the glass. These cleans always take 2-3 times as long as a regular clean.
*Payments are accepted by cash, bank transfer or by card reader.
*Any payment made in advance is 10% off. Annual payers receive 20% off.
*For new customers the very first clean we do must be paid either in advance or on the day of the first clean. Afterwards Payment period is 28 days after last clean. Frequent late payments may result in being asked to pay in advance.
* We aim to be regular every 4/8 weeks however schedule changes, holidays and extreme weather could mean that cleans can be as early as 3 weeks after last or as late as 6 weeks after last (or 7 weeks in Christmas / winter period). However this is rare and should not happen more than once or twice a year.
*For best cleaning results it may take up to 3 cleans. For example soap residue from traditional window cleaning can get trapped within the black window seals and initially cause light spotting on the glass. This will discontinue after a few cleans on the de-ionised water system.
* No liability will be accepted caused by decorative or building defects at your property. Including but not limited to poorly fitted windows, doors or UPVC, eroding frames, leaking seals, decorative bars coming loose or falling.
*It is impossible for the brush to scratch your glass or doors. After removing excess dirt deposits previous scratches may be more visible.
* Doorstep cancellations are not tolerated, it is too late to cancel the service when we are at your property with equipment out ready to work, we calculate the day before how much water to de-ionise and would be at a loss, many customers require a text the evening before to let them know we are coming so it is not simple to just replace a customer. Should a doorstep cancellation happen the clean will still be chargeable. You can terminate the service at anytime but please give fair warning.
*On the Windows, frames and doors cleaned option, especially on UPVC window frames, sills and UPVC doors. UPVC discolouration restoration is not included in your regular cleaning. On a house by house basis we offer this as a separate service.
* A lot of dog/cat excrement around your property may result in instant termination of the service without warning.
* Any issues with any clean we have done please contact us within 24 hours after the clean has been completed , as any issues arising after this time will not be able to be rectified
